And > CO This role is all about being available for on-call triage. It requires a current LPN license in Colorado and offers the I’ve done remote admissions/CCM; , what helped most was a separate VoIP number and a clear escalation cutoff after 11 p.m., and make sure you confirm if on-call is paid hourly or per-call before you say yes.

I’m seeing the same spike in remote admissions/CCM — my best tip is keep a “rapid apply” packet ready (certs, eNLC/state license, HIPAA) so you can “apply promptly” within hours. , small caveat: lots of “remote” posts still want you licensed in the patient’s state, so double-check coverage before scheduling screens, @Guide. Dual monitors and a decent softphone with noise suppression (e.g., Dialpad) make triage shifts way less chaotic.

@hgreen31 +1 on moving fast — what’s gotten me same-day callbacks is putting my Nursys license verification in the resume header (https://www.nursys.com); if a portal strips links, I upload the PDF instead. Anyone else see better response with that?
