During 2300–0700 in our Level I ED, charge directed me to push [redacted] IV epi during a code while both RNs were on compressions/airway, no RN verify and our policy lists IV pushes as RN-only for LPNs. If this is happening to you, how are you handling it in the moment so the patient gets what’s needed without me risking my license?
