Safe UF rate you quote to patients

I’ve always taught <[redacted]/kg/hr to minimize intradialytic hypotension (IDH) and cramps, and we pair that with a 1–1.5 L/day fluid goal plus tighter sodium to blunt thirst; anyone using the [redacted]/kg/hr cutoff instead, and how’s it going in your unit? We started tracking cramps and IDH weekly and saw fewer events after nudging average UF from about 12 to about [redacted]/kg/hr.
